I'm being pirated by a rival call center...
My thoughts, unless they offer me something like at least 30% more than what I'm currently getting, with the same non tangible benefits, will I plan to consider.

I will be handling one of our new accounts. I'm so excited. Got in a client call once and it seems that this one is quite shrewed. That is supposed to make things more interesting. I'll be working on their forecast analysis this week to come up with the best service window for them. I haven't seen the SOW... I'll dig that up later.

Long weekends can sometimes be such a pain. I expect to be harrassed when I came back on Tuesday. Meetings galore and hello thousands of emails!!!
Oh well... There's no such thing as free lunch...

I believe call center and answering service outsourcing is the way to go for many US-based companies who want to cut down running costs and thus increase their overall profits. However, one of the main issues that needs to be dealt with is that of staff training. There are a lot of professional call center training courses that are destined to be attended by the call center agents in order for these people to be more efficient and to be more specialized in their jobs. Most of the call center operation staff is composed by call center industry managers with experience in telecommunications, information technology and business development. Call centers are normally providing a whole range of external services, such as: call center services, contact center and help desk towards the biggest companies in the whole world.

Holy crap...I never thought someone from the Philippines would actually listen to my favorite morning station. I'm addicted to this show and is part of my morning routine...sometimes I have to stay in my car a little longer whenever they have a funny topic or interesting phone calls.
